Meet the Family

The story of The Roberson Family is one of faith, heritage, and a shared calling to ministry through music. Rooted in a rich gospel legacy that spans both sides of the family, their story reaches back nearly 75 years to their great-grandparents. For generations, singing has been more than a tradition—it has been a central part of family life and a powerful way to share the message of Christ. Each generation has faithfully passed down a love for gospel music and a commitment to ministry, a legacy that continues today through the Roberson family.

At the heart of this ministry is a close-knit family unit: parents Timothy and Nicole, along with their children—Julia, Cline, Ella Rose, and Robbie Camille. Together, they serve in unity, combining their voices and hearts to minister through song and the Word. While each member plays an important role, The Roberson Trio—Julia (17), Cline (13), and Ella Rose (12)—often stands at the forefront, representing both the continuation of their family’s heritage and the next generation of gospel music ministry.

Their ministry work is carried out under Roberson Family Ministries, a registered 501(c)(3) organization devoted to proclaiming, promoting, and teaching the Word of God through the preaching of Scripture and the ministry of gospel music. As a family, they approach every opportunity as a mission field, seeking to reach hearts and encourage believers wherever they are called to serve.

In recent years, the Roberson family has seen significant growth and recognition in their music ministry. The Roberson Trio has earned national attention, receiving top honors in The Battle of Songs in Fort Worth, Texas, and the Singing News Talent Search in Jackson, Tennessee—an event featuring over 200 contestants from across the country. These opportunities have opened doors for the family to minister on stages nationwide, including a featured appearance at the Singing News Fan Awards during the National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. A major milestone for the trio came with the release of their debut recording project, God Of Today. This album reflects both their deep-rooted heritage and their present calling, blending timeless songs of the faith with newer selections that speak to this generation. It stands as a collective expression of their desire to glorify God and share His message through music.
